Social Outreach Activities during the Lenten Season

🌿 Visit to Satya Seva Ashram

On 22nd March at 2:30 PM, the Catholic Konkani Association (CKA), Dasarahalli organized a visit to Satya Seva Ashram, Kempalinganahalli, Nelamangala, which is home to around 30 children and a few elderly residents.

The visit was a deeply meaningful experience. A prayer session was conducted, seeking God’s blessings for all the residents. The children of the Ashram presented a delightful dance performance, and members of the association also participated, adding to the joyful and lively atmosphere.

As part of our support, a donation of approximately ₹25,000 was contributed towards the needs of the Ashram. The management expressed sincere gratitude for the visit and the generous contribution.

✝️ Lenten Season Outreach Initiative

In the spirit of the Lenten season, CKA Dasarahalli undertook a compassionate outreach initiative by visiting approximately 14 elderly and sick families within the community.

These visits focused on offering prayers, spending quality time, and providing emotional support through meaningful interactions. The initiative brought comfort, encouragement, and a sense of connection to the families.
